Up to 39 years - Gold, Silver and Bronze
40-49 - Gold, Silver and Bronze
50 - 59 - Gold, Silver and Bronze
Over 60 - Gold Only

Teams. Three to Score.

Men - 9 Medals - Gold, Silver and Bronze
Women 9 Medals - Gold, Silver and Bronze
(one team race only per gender – Seniors and Veterans combined)
Total Medals required = Gold 14 (Fourteen)
Total Medals required = Silver 13 (Thirteen)
Total Medals required = Bronze 13 (Thirteen)

Athletes wishing to take part in the 2008 Championships incorporated in the Hastings Half Marathon on 16th March , must have been born or continuously resident in Sussex for more than nine months prior to this Event , on condition that they have not competed for any other County in the 12 months prior to The Event . They must also have paid their subscriptions for 2008, and state the Club they are representing.
